It depends on the device or the service. There is one-time sale or a sale with monthly subscription. You either need an internet subscription or need to be in the Wi-Fi range proximity to connect directly to your device.

3. What if I do not have internet?

No problem, you can use your device and your mobile app without internet.

4. What happens with all the data collected?

5. How accurate are the gas level measurements?

We manage a 2-5% margin of error. Make sure to follow the instructions in the configuration of the device and through the mobile app. Only then can we assure you that you will have a higher percentage of accuracy. It is important that you select the right model, brand, and capacity of your tank. Otherwise, you will not get the right information. Even so, it is possible that there is an error, but you can always contact us at hello@urgegas.com. We will provide you with the best solution.

6. Can I monitor more than one tank at a time?

You will need to have multiple devices and add them to the mobile app. Name your tanks so you can differentiate them.

7. How long do the device batteries last?

It varies based on many factors, such as the type of battery. Normal estimate is 1 to 2 years for residential devices; industrial devices might last up to 3 years. If you use the strict monitoring mode or your propane gas levels change a lot, then the battery will drain faster.

8. What is the device warranty?

1 year.

9. What environmental conditions can the device work under?

The device can operate over a wide temperature range between -20 degrees to a maximum of 130 degrees Fahrenheit.

10. Can I use UrgeGas to monitor onsite refills anywhere?

You can take the device wherever you want; it's also a portable device.
